Because of this very complicated
mechanism, the watch will handle all of the date
switches without a problem until the year 2100.
this is because February 2100 has only 28 days,
rather than the 29 that would be usual in a leap
year. on 1 March 2100, a simple manual date
correction has to be done as a result.
