Proper gear mesh is important to the performance of your vehicle.If mesh is too
loose it will cause the spur gear to fail (strip); if set too tight it will decrease speed
and cause the motor overheated.
To set the gear mesh, loosen the motor screws and insert a small piece of paper
between Pinion gear and Spur gear.
Push the gears together and re-tighten the screws. Finally remove the paper; the
gear should be able to rock back and forth slightly.
