Water drainage valve (Figure
2) is not closed.
Check and make sure the water
drainage valve is closed.
The water temperature is too
higher than your preset highest
temperature.
Try to put in some cold water to
cool down the water
temperature. Or, reset the
highest water temperature.
Device stops
working
Rolling massage is over-used.
Turn off the device completely
and let it cool down for a while
before using it again

program.
