The spindle should be fully seated in the mount.
Slide the spindle down until the top of the body,
just below where it begins to taper, is touching the
top of the bushing.
Slowly raise the Z-axis to its full upright position.
Fully secure the router into the mount by
tightening the M5x55mm screws into the front of
the spindle mount as shown in the image below.
