Customer Service provides the following free of charge (within
the Continental United States):
• Free repair or replacement of your CoffeeTEAM including free
UPS ground shipping both ways. We will send you a UPS ARS
(authorized return service) label, so you don't have to pay for
the UPS shipping when you send the product for repair. (For
faster service, UPS 2nd day air both ways is possible for an
extra charge of $33.50).
