Place the seat frame

upside down on a soft, flat surface.
Attach the base

to the seat frame

by lining up the bolt
holes on the seat frame

with the corresponding bolt
holes on the base

. Using M6x15 combination bolt and
washer

and M6x20 combination bolt and washer

as
shown, lightly tighten all bolts using the hex key

. Do not
completely tighten until all assembly is completed.
NOTE: Do not
completely tighten.
