Tray Designation
Enables you to designate the machine’s output trays to be used for specific functions.
Energy Consumption in Sleep Mode
Enables you to set the amount of energy that the machine consumes when it is in the Sleep mode.
Printing Priority
Enables you to set the machine’s printing priority for each function.
Image Priority for Form Composition
Enables you to set the machine to automatically specify the print setting for printing composed
images, or set priority on the original image or on the image form when printing a composed image.
Register Characters for Page No./Watermark (see p. 26)
Enables you to register text for the Page/Copy Set Numbering or Print Watermark/Date mode.
This is useful when you often print the same text or watermark when using the Page/Copy Set
Numbering or Print Watermark/Date mode of the Copy and Mail Box functions.
Register Form for Form Composition (see p. 27)
Enables you to register an image form, in order to use the Form Composition mode of the Copy and
Mail Box functions.
Stack Bypass Standard Settings
Enables you to set the paper size and type that the stack bypass uses beforehand. This setting is
useful if you always load the same paper size and type into the stack bypass.

LTRR/STMT Original Selection
Enables you to designate the way the machine handles LTRR or STMT originals that are placed on
the platen glass.
Paper Select Screen Priority
Enables you to set whether to display the simple setting screen or the detailed setting screen for the
paper type selection screen.
