Printing Problems

The Alarm indicator flashes.

The machine may have a paper jam.

• Clear the paper jam. (

• If the machine has no paper jam, unplug the machine from the power supply and wait 10 minutes, then plug it in again. If the 

problem is fixed, the Alarm indicator will turn off, and the LCD will return to standby mode. If the Alarm indicator remains

The machine has no power.

The power cord may not be plugged in securely.

• Check that the power cord is plugged securely into the machine and into the wall outlet. Insert the power cord straight into the 

power cord connector on the left side of the machine. Do not insert it at an angle. Otherwise, the machine may not be properly 
connected to the power source and may not turn on. If this happens, disconnect the power cord, and reconnect it correctly after 
a minute or more. (

Nothing appears in the LCD.

The power cord may not be plugged in securely.

• Check that the power cord is plugged securely into the machine and into the wall outlet. Insert the power cord straight into the

connected to the power source and may not turn on. If this happens, disconnect the power cord, and reconnect it correctly after
