Force Print of Recognition Information

 – The machine can print identification 

information on all output about the current user when making prints or copies. 
This identifies the user who created every document, and can discourage 
unauthorized printing and duplication. 
 

•

 

Forced Document Scan Lock

 – The administrator can restrict the copying of 

documents by having the machine print a QR code or TL code on every page. 
The machine recognizes the code and refuses to duplicate the document. The 
code information can also be used to track documents, according to who 
printed them, when they were printed, and what machine was used to print 
them. The Forced Document Scan Lock feature requires the optional Barcode 
Printing kit.
