a favorable profit margin over the maintenance agreement term.

the maintenance agreement term;  however,  if a dealer increases the Color 
and B&W pricing annually, the dealership may yield a higher profit ratio over 
the term of the maintenance agreement. By annually increasing the Color and 
B&W  pricing, your dealership may generate revenue to account for an 
increase in service costs for parts and labor following the first year. Use the 
Service Revenue/Profit Calculator to determine the estimated costs using 
your customer’s device use,  and to estimate revenue if you  increase  the
