Troubleshooting

Macintosh

Open the Page Setup dialog box.

The Page Setup dialog box can normally be opened by selecting Page 
Setup... in the File menu.

Click the Utilities button.

3

Select Custom Settings form the pull-down menu.

4

Drag the Ink Drying Wait Time slide bar, and then click Send.

■

You may need to clean some internal parts of the printer. Follow the procedure 
below.

Load sheets of A4 or Letter plain paper in the printer.

2

Hold down the RESUME/CANCEL button until the POWER lamp flaches 
three times, and release the button.

3

Repeat this operation until there are no more smudges on the test page.
