• If you wish to register a group under an
already registered one-touch speed dialing
key or coded speed dialing code, or you
want to re-enter a group, you must delete
the previous information first. (

• Do not register a group under a one-touch
speed dialing key or coded speed dialing
code, in which
SUBADDRESS TX
or
POLLING RX
has been set. If you do so,
you cannot send faxes to the parties that
have a subaddress or password registered.

To register a group under a one-touch
speed dialing key:

(+) to select the key under
which you want to register the group (01 to
12).
Ex:
• If a fax/telephone number has already been
registered in this key,
1-TOUCH SPD DIAL
or
GROUP DIAL appears.
• If fax functions have been programmed into keys
marked 01 to 12 using PROG 1-TOUCH KEY in
the Additional Functions,
PROG 1-TOUCH KEY
appears.

To register a group under a coded
speed dialing code:
Press Coded Dial , then use the numeric
keys to enter the two digit code under
which you want to register the group (00 to
99).
Ex:
• If a fax/telephone number has already been
registered in this key,
CODED SPD DIAL
or
GROUP DIAL
appears.
