[Adjustment Procedure]
1) Eject the paper with punched holes from the host machine.
2) Check the amounts of skew of the punched holes in the ejected paper.
3) If punched holes are misaligned, make the following adjustment.
4-A) Separate the puncher unit and finisher from the host machine.
4-B) Remove the latch unit lower cover, punch lower cover and punch rear
cover.
4-C) If the punched holes are misaligned as shown below, loosen the four
screws [1] of the latch unit and move the front and rear side of the latch unit
[2] in the direction of the arrow with reference to the graduation for adjust-
ment. And secure the four screws.

4-D) If the punched holes are misaligned as shown below, loosen the four
screws [1] of the latch unit and move the front and rear side of the latch unit
[2] in the direction of the arrow with reference to the graduation for adjust-
ment. And secure the four screws.

5) Connect the host machine, puncher unit, and finisher, and then eject paper
from the host machine.
6) Measure the amounts of skew of the punched holes in the ejected paper to
check that the amounts of skews are within specifications.
(For the allowable amounts of skews specified for individual hole types (2-
hole, 3-hole, etc.), refer to "Specifications".)
7) Attach the removed covers.
