In the menu select
Other functions > Initialize Media >
Select
A or B
and then press the joystick. Select
OK
and then press the joystick.
Recorded Image Quality
It is important that the video you record uses the correct settings. The
settings can be found in the menu.
Select
Other Functions > System Frequency
Choose 50Hz
Select
Other Functions > Frame Rate
Choose either 50i (interlaced) or PF25 (Progressive)
Setting the Black Balance
Whenever the camera has had a master reset the black balance will
need to be reset in order to calibrate the camera. Ensure the lens cap is
attached before attempting a ABB.
