[A]: View of the grounding spring that rides on the swing press plate
[B]: View of the grounding spring that is attached correctly
Field Remedy
1. When the same symptom occurs after replacement of the swing guide assembly, check to see if the grounding spring rides on the swing press plate.
2. If the grounding spring is on the swing press plate, attach the spring again while letting the plate get away.
3. Check to make sure that the grounding spring contacts the lateral side of the swing press plate.

Description
A cassette Feeding Unit-Y3 unit did not move its paper lifting plate up and failed to feed paper into the main body. (In this inspection case, the paper lifting
plate of Cassette 3 did not ascend.)
Cause
The connector at J229 on the DC Controller PCB had poor contact.
Field Remedy
Re-fit the connector at J229 on the DC Controller PCB in the main body side. (When re-fitting the connector, check to make sure that no pin is bent.)

Description
Since the cassette 1 pick-up motor (M4) caused a malfunction, this machine failed to feed paper. Therefore, the DC Driver PCB was replaced by a new one
for solution.
Cause
Since the DC Driver PCB was faulty, the cassette 1 pick-up motor (M4) failed to operate. This prevented the paper lifting plate from ascending, ultimately
making this machine fail to feed paper.
Field Remedy
1. Re-fit all the connectors of the DC Driver PCB.
2. If the symptom still occurs, replace the DC Driver PCB with a new one.

Description
Since the Main Controller PCB was faulty, this machine failed to start, and black display occurred. In this inspection case, the symptom occurred about 1
week after installation.
Field Remedy
1. Re-fit all the connectors of the Main Controller PCB and the sub boards.
2. If the symptom still occurs, replace the Main Controller PCB with a new one.
