your printer for details.
Basic Problems

If the printer does not print

Check your cable and power cord connections
•
Check your printer driver setup
•
Check your computer configuration

If your print quality is not satisfactory
•
Align the print heads (see page 4-5)
•
Clean the print heads (see page 4-6)
•
If necessary, replace the BJ cartridges (see page 4-9)

If colors are missing
•
Align the print heads (see page 4-5)
