Safety Information
Rear Rack
Rear Rack
Do not overload a rear rack. Make sure the
cargo is secured properly.
Observe the rack maximum weight limit
found in the “Specifications” section of this
supplement.
Improperly installing a rack, altering your bike
to install a rack, or over-loading a a bike rack
can create dangerous riding conditions.
Side Stand
Do not sit on the bicycle with the stand down.
Kickstand is not designed to support the
weight of a person.
Make sure kickstand is up before riding.
To prevent toppling over, park your bike on a
level surface; lower the stand.
Headtube Mounted
Accessories
This bicycle has integrated mounting points for
for attaching compatible accessories.
Do not mount an accessory (e.g., water
bottle) to the headtube if said accessory will
interfere with handlebar movement and/or
controls, with lighting, and/or with
reflectors.
Improperly-mounted or incompatible
accessories can interfere with your ability to
safely operate the bike. Consult with a
professional bicycle mechanic before
mounting any accessory.
