Place the guinea fowl in a deep Pyrex or 
pottery  dish  with  very  little  oil  and 
season with herbs and spices.

place  in  a  Pyrex  dish.  Season  with  salt, 
origano and rosemary. Cook in oil.

Slice the carrots, place in a Pyrex dish and 
cook.

Bake the fruit in an open Pyrex or earthen-
ware dish. Leave it to cool inside the oven.
