This item allows you to enable or disable the Intel
SpeedStep.
Turbo Mode Disabled,
Enabled[Default]
This item allows you to enable or disable the
Turbo Mode.
C states Disabled,
Enabled[Default]
Enable/Disable CPU Power Management. Allows
CPU to go to C states when it's not 100% utilized.
