Removing and replacing the battery
1. Find the battery cover on the bottom of the Slick vaporizer. Unscrew the
cover.
2. You can now remove, replace or insert the battery. Note: The battery must
be inserted with the positive contact facing forward.
3. After you have inserted the battery, screw on the battery compartment cover.
Precautions for working with the battery

Do not use the Slick vaporizer while it is charging - it will damage the
device.
•
To prevent the device from overheating, do not leave the vaporizer
charging overnight.
•
Do not leave the charger plugged in unattended.
•
Do not charge the device on a carpet or rug.
•
Do not overcharge the battery. Do not short-circuit the battery
terminals.
Battery recycling
Dispose of batteries properly. Do not dispose of batteries in the trash.
Security measures
Protection against reverse polarity
If you insert the battery incorrectly, it will not burn out the circuit. There will be no
LED indication if the battery is incorrectly inserted.
Protection against overheating
If the ceramic heating chamber begins to overheat severely, the device will
stop heating. The LED indicator light will turn red and blink six times.
