Main gas stopcock in not 

turned on

Turn off the appliance once and 

then turn it on fully

Air remains in the gas piping

Bent or crusned rubber tubing

Straighten it replace it

Dirty piezoelectric 

or insulator

Clean it with a day cloth

Cracks or holes in the gas 

regulator

Replace it with a new one

Gas regulator not connected 

properly

Connect the gas regulator properly

Failure of the appliance

Request the dealer to repair

Air supply is not properly

Fix burner body properly
