FT-118 Moderne Fountain
Two people are recommended for the installation of this fountain!

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Assemble your fountain on a level surface capable of holding a minimum of 832 pounds with an approximate 3
square foot footprint.

1.
Position the basin (FT-118B) where the fountain is to be installed, ensuring
that it will be level.
2.
Assemble the pump kit and stopper
a.
NOTE: Be sure to use the appropriate size adapter provided with
the pump and do not plug the LED-Light or LED-Cord into the
transformer until assembly is complete.
b.
Using a hose clamp, attach the end of the 1/2" non-kink tubing
without the clear tubing to the pump outlet.
c.
Spread a small amount of silicone
THINLY
around the LED light
cord approx. 24” from the light.
d.
Do the same around the pump cord about 12” from the pump.
e.
Press the two cords together.
f.
Place the #10 stopper around both cords.
3.
Feed both cords through the large hole in the fountain basin (FT-118B) and
through the channel, which is located in the back-right corner of the base.
4.
FIRMLY
and evenly press the stopper into the hole evenly.
a.
Note: Using the handle of a screwdriver or hammer works best to
press the stopper in place.
5.
Connect the 5/8” clear vinyl tubing to the CPVC pipe protruding inside the
bottom-back wall of the basin (FT-118B).
6.
Spread a thin bead of silicone around the perimeter of the stopper.
7.
Place the fountain disc (FT-118D) into the basin.
8.
Pull the LED Light through the hole in the fountain disc (FT-118D) so it can
rest on top.
a.
Be careful not to pull the stopper loose.
9.
Use the silicone provided to install the copper spiller. (Image below)
a.
Be sure the spiller is clean and dry before installing
10.
Insert the spiller stop (FT-118E) into the slot behind the copper spiller.
a.
Be sure that the 2 PVC pipes protruding upward are covered by the
spiller stop (FT-118E).
11.
Run a thin bead of silicone around the top of the basin (FT-118B) where the
fountain top (FT-118A) will be placed.
12.
Carefully place the fountain top (FT-118A) onto the basin (FT-118B).
a.
Be sure to clean away any excess silicone.
13.
Connect the LED Light to the LED-Cord then the LED Transformer.
14.
Let the fountain sit 24 hours before filling it with water.
