FAULT
The air tank pressure drops when com-
pressor and tools are stopped.
The compressor overheats.
The pressure rises to over 11,5 bar and
the safety valve releases air.
The pilot valve makes a crackling noise.
The compressor does not fill the tank up
and the tank pressure is low.
The tools do not work perfectly
(slow down).
The tools do not work at all.
Excessive condensation comes out of the
tools.
REMEDIE
Check all fittings by using soapy water. The
air leaks will be indicated by air bubbles
(par. 5.2.6).
Check the grids or blow air between the
head fins.
Take the compressor to an authorised
service point.
Take the compressor to an authorised

• Reset the belt tension or replace the belt
(par. 5.2.2).
• Take the compressor immediately to an
authorised service point.
Check the oil and dosing levels of the air
lubricating unit (par. 5.1.5).
Check the pressure and adjust it as de-
scribed in the tool instruction manuals
(par. 4.4).
Drain the water from the tanks through the
cocks provided (par. 5.1.2).
CAUSE
Air leaks from the fittings.
Insufficient ventilation because the upper
cover grids are obstructed or the head
block fins are dirty.
The pilot valve is faulty or badly adjusted.
