The regulator Series TC
regulates and maintains the air
pressure to the desired value,
which can obviously not be
higher than the line pressure.
In order to regulate you need
to turn the regulation screw (
A
),
rotating it clockwise or
anti-clockwise, in any case
the right regulation of the
pressure has to be set upwards
and then block the rotation.
The air flow has to follow the
direction from “
1
” to “
2
”.
Use the nut (
B
) to block the
regulation and avoid accidental
setting changes.
When installing the regulator
cartridge on its sub-base
or in a seat made for a specific
customer application, insert
the O-ring (
C
) and then fix
the regulator cartridge using
screws (
D
), both supplied.
• During the product’s unpacking be careful not to damage it.
• Check that no damages due to transportation or storage are present.
• Do not through away the packaging materials, take care of the disposal and
reconversion of the waste material in compliance with the local regulations.
• Avoid any sudden pressure changes in the circuit where you install the
component.
• The components must be fixed properly, using, where available, the applicable
Camozzi brackets so that the device remains fixed even when the regulator
operates at high frequency or in the presence of strong vibrations.
• Protect the TC pressure regulator from shock danger and from the external action
of mechanical components.
• In the presence of strong vibrations provide special devices / systems that can
reduce the effect on the component.
• When the component has been installed ensure that all pipes are properly
connected.
• Tightening torque of the fastening screw: 0.4 ÷ 0.7 Nm
