Warranty Regulations
本产品售后服务依据相关法规,内容如下:
The after-sales service of this product is based on the relevant laws and regulations, detailed contents are as follows:
1.
本产品保修期为自购买之日起壹年。
The warranty period of this product is one year since the date of purchase.
2.
在保修期间,按照使用说明书进行正常使用的状况下产生的故障(由本公司正式工作人员判定),予以免费维修
In the warranty period, any failure generated by normal use following the Instruction Manual (judged by
company’s
official staff) will be repaired free of charge.
3.
在保修期间,如发生以下情况之一,必须作为收费修理:
In the warranty period, under any of the following circumstances, repair will be charged.
(1)
使用不当以及自行不当的修理所造成的故障及损坏。
Failure or damage caused by improper usage as well as improper repair by yourself.
(2)
买入后的运送、搬动、跌落造成的故障或损坏。
Failure or damage caused by transport, move or falling etc. after purchase.
(3)
自行拆开相机后,产品不再保险。
After opening the camera yourself, the product is no longer insured.
(4)
其它不可避免的外来因素造成故障及损坏。
Failure or damage caused by other unavoidable external factors.
4.
自签收之日起

日内,经由本产品售后服务中心检测确定产品出现性能性故障,可享受退货或换货服务。
Within 7 days from the date of signing, you enjoy return or replacement service if this product shows performance
faults, but this should be checked and identified by our after-sale service center.
5.
产品外观、易损易耗品及附件不在保修范围内:易损易耗品及附件包括但不限于:存储卡、相机包、三脚架、安全
绳、固定架等。
The appearance of the product, fragile and consumable materials as well as accessories are not within the scope of
warranty, including but not limited to : memory card, camera bag, tripod, safety rope, fixation etc.
