Restore system
Restoring parameters is irreversible and cancels all
programming but not the events memory
To restore the control unit completely you need to both reset
the factory settings and restore the codes
Restoring codes
After restoring the system, all of the codes will be deleted and the
User Code 001 will go back to 123456
Before opening the control unit cover, refer to "OPENING/CLOSING
CONTROL UNIT"
To restore factory-set codes, you have to:
1 Set Dip 2 to ON

Factory settings
To restore all the input and output parameters, telephone notifica-
tions etc to factory settings, you have to:
1 Go into the Technical Menu
2 With

and press

confirm or
(#)
to cancel
The default parameters do not delete the codes and keys that
have been acquired
Factory settings via dip-switch
To restore the system's factory settings, you have to:
1 Set Dip 3 to ON
2 Press button P1 to make the control unit restart
3 The words
SETTING UP
appear on the keypad (this remains dis-
played for 10”)
4 For the 10” that the keypad displays
SETTING UP
, set Dip 2 to OFF
5 The words
SETTING UP IN PROCESS
appear on the keypad
6 At the end of setting up, the control unit returns to displaying
the system status
2 Press button P1 to make the control unit restart
3 The words
SETTING UP
appear on the keypad (this remains dis-
played for 10”)
4 For the 10” that the keypad displays

, set Dip 2 to OFF
5 The words

appear on the keypad
6 At the end of setting up, the control unit will return to its factory
settings (including codes and keys)
