Users

Select [Users] and click on [Manage users].
Click on [Add new user].
To add a temporary user, click [Yes] and enter the start and end date when this user will be active.

A

Enter all required data.
The [Position] is where the badge will be used for the fi rst time. For example, if visitors receive their badge at reception, the 
position will be [Reception].

B

 The user position must be set, where the Anti-Passback function is enabled. This is so as to prevent problems 

with the Anti-Passback function.
