Deployment scenario 1 – Replacing PTP 100 Equipment (20 MHz
Channel Bandwidth)
In Deployment scenario 1, it is presumed that the existing network is comprised of PTP
1x0 equipment (i.e. PTP 100, PTP 120, etc.), with the configuration listed below in
Table
36 . The migration in this scenario results in a complete replacement of PTP 1x0 series
equipment with PTP 450 equipment.
During the Scenario 1, it is presumed that the neighbouring frequencies are free and that
a guard band is not required at the edges of the spectrum used for transmission.
