Troubleshooting & Q and A
The Chill Spa has not gone down in temperture in over an hour:
The Chill Spa’s cooling system
may require additonal programing. removal of the left side exhaust panel will be necessary to confirm
the cooler is in the correct low temperture range. The use of a philips screwdriver or electric drill is
needed.
•
First set the chill spa to 39F, next remove the left exhaust side panel on the filter canister side.
• Remove the screws from the exhaust panel to access the water cooler.
•
Press the “SET” button on the cooler, once the display lights up, use the down arrow to lower its
maximum threshold to 39F
•
Once the water cooler screen reads 39F press “SET” again. This gives permission to the watercooler to
lower the water up to 39F. Close up the exhaust panel and close the insulated spa cover.
