The front of DR 2000 electronic card features the
following signals and controls:
- Power on led.
- Failure led.
- Maximum level led.
- Pump running led (1 for each pump).
- Overload led pump (1 for each pump).
- Pump automatic operation led (1 for each pump).
- Pump STOP led (1 for each pump).
AUT-STOP pushbutton
(1 for each pump)
to select automatic selection (green led on) or
pump stop (red led on).
MAN pushbutton
(1 for each pump) for
manual test (the pump runs only with
pushed button).
RESET pushbutton

Thermal/amperometric overload LED
- with normal flashing: power relay faulty,
burnt-out fuse, disconnected motor cable
(motor without absorption).
To restore: press the RESET button.
- with quick flashing: thermal contact
breaker intervention. It stops flashing
when the thermal contact breaker resets
the contact.
- constantly switched on: intervention by
the control panel amperometric protection.
To restore: press the RESET button.

Pump LED in automatic function mode.

Pump LED at stop.

AUT/STOP button.

MAN button: permits the manual starting-up
test of the pump. The pump functions only with
the button pressed.

MAXIMUM LEVEL LED: signals that the level
in the tank has reached maximum level.

FAILURE LED: signals faults of the float
switches because the signals do not arrive at
the control panel in a correct way.
10 RESET button: resets the functioning of the
pumps after an amperometric protection
intervention.

At the moment of starting-up, check the FAILURE LED and the MAXIMUM LEVEL LED.
FAILURE Led.
If the LED lights up for 1 second: the control panel is set to operate with 3
float switches.

If the LED remains off: the control panel is set to operate with 4 float
switches.
MAXIMUM LEVEL Led.
If the LED lights up for 1 second: the control panel is set to operate with the
thermal protectors with external signals.

If the LED remains off: the control panel is set to operate with thermal protector
without external signals (single-phase motors).
