Page 13: ...动 OFF 7 2 1 检查转向注意对于三相电机首次启动泵时要检查泵的转向对于MPC 51 61 71型号的泵在检查转向前应先灌泵详见8 4章节首次检查时用手转动泵轴盘泵可以使用螺丝刀转动电机非驱动端的轴端后部盘泵时注意泵壳上指示的旋转方向如果泵轴有卡阻不能启动电机有卡阻时应卸下叶轮并启动电机让其反转反向旋转可能会损伤机封应让电机短时间反转的同时检查泵轴的转动情况 7 2 2 灌泵注意防止干转当水泵在水位以下运行时水会自行流进入口通过缓慢的开启闸阀使流入的水将空气排出当水泵在水位之上运行时自吸运行用清水通过过滤器灌泵直到水位与拆下的盖板水平图2 灌泵启动后检查水泵现场的使用性能同时其实际电流不应超过名牌所示的电流要求否则需要通过出口阀门调节避免长时间闭阀运行 7 2 3 自吸当泵在水位上方运行且入口管路不能人工灌满...
