TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE  

Should you experience difficulties in the use of this player, please refer to 

the following chart.

Unit cannot be

Disconnect from the mains for around 5 
seconds. Then switch the unit on again. 

No audio signal 
via the Bluetooth

necessary, pair the speaker again to

Volume too low 

Increase the volume on the speaker
