Note:
When you plug the qID in the USB port of your PC, Windows might automatically detect a wrong driver. In this
case you have to update the driver following the procedure described above.
This is the qID directory structure that appears in your PC:

CONFIG
: this folder contains the
qID configuration
file. For more information, please refer to § Configuration file
page 15.
DATA:
this folder contains information about read tag and codes.
SCRIPTS
: this folder contains the CAEN RFID available scripts. You can create your own script in
.tcl
language and
save it in the SCRIPT directory.
If you want to use the qID reader via USB connection, go to §
Connecting the qID Reader
page 12.
If you want to use the qID reader via Bluetooth connection, go to the next paragraph.
