9 Troubleshooting
If the SoundCam software is no longer executable, a rescue program is started. This offers two
options that restore an executable software version.
It is also possible to start the recovery program manually. To do this, press and hold the function
key in the upper left corner until the following screen is displayed (see Figure 58).
The following options are available:

Full reset:
All (user) data on the SoundCam will be deleted.
This concerns e.g. settings, profiles, measurement data, screenshots and a possibly set up
password.

Partial reset
All (user) data on the SoundCam is retained.
Only the SoundCam software is replaced, as with an update.

Shutdown
If you do not want to use either of the other two methods, you can simply exit the program
with this option and turn off the system. If the SoundCam software is still functional, you
should be able to start SoundCam normally.
