Troubleshooting - Replay Access

If you experience difficulties accessing Replay through

 serialnumber

.myreplay.io

, you may try 

accessing Replay by using the network IP address from setup.

Additionally, try accessing Replay while having your client computer connected directly to a Console 
AV port. If that works, the problem is either with the institutional network connection or its 
configuration.
