OVERHEATING ALARM
If the fumes probe reads a temperature above 180°C at the outlet point, “RiS” appears on the display and
the amount of fuel (pellets) is reduced at stage 1. The purpose of this function is to allow the values to
return to the preset figures. If for any reasons the temperature does not drop, but increases, at 210°C
“Hot temp” appears on the display. The circuit board keeps the fumes extractor on for 15 minutes for the
stove to cool. Reset the error pushing ON/OFF button. Check the type of fault, as shown on
page 85
After removing the cause of the fault, clean the burn pot and start the stove with the ON/OFF button.
6.6.
FUMES EXTRACTOR ALARM
If the fumes extractor encoder detects an anomaly, “AlAr Fan Fail” appears on the display. The circuit
board starts the turning off process, keeping the extractor on maximum revs. Reset the error pushing
ON/OFF button. Check the type of fault, as shown on
page 84
. After removing the cause of the fault,
clean the burn pot and start the stove with the ON/OFF button.
6.7.
POWER FAILURE ALARM
When the electricity returns after a black-out the stove display shows “AlAr no rEtE”. The fumes extractor
will expel smoke residue for 20 minutes and start the turning off process. Reset the error pushing
ON/OFF button. When the stove is cool, check the type of fault, as shown on
page 84
. After removing
the cause of the fault, clean the burn pot and start the stove with the ON/OFF button.
6.8.
HOPPER SAFETY ALARM
There is a thermostat fitted near the hopper, which cuts out if the heat range in the hopper exceeds the
limits allowed. The thermostat cuts out power to the auger. When the temperature returns within the
limits the thermostat automatically activates again.
6.9.
STOVE DISPLAY LOCKING
Keeping button P2 pressed for at least 10 seconds, "no bloc" appears and all functions of the stove
display are deactivated. To restore, holding down button P2 for at least 10 seconds.

MAINTENANCE
7.1.
FOREWORD
To ensure a long working life for your stove it is important to periodically clean it thoroughly, as
indicated in the paragraphs below. Once a year it is necessary to clean the chimney and combustion
chamber, check gaskets, clean the motors and fans and check the electrical part. Plan this activity in
advance with the after-sales service. Before turning the stove on after a long idle period, make sure there
are no obstructions in the fumes exhaust pipe. Do not use steel pads, muriatic acid or other products that
can corrode or scratch the internal and external parts of the stove. To replace any damaged parts
demand original spare parts from an authorized retailer.
Important: before performing any operations
let the fire in the combustion chamber go out completely and the chamber cool, and disconnect
the plug from the power socket.
7.2.
CLEANING PAINTED PARTS
Use a soft cloth to clean the parts in painted metal. Never use degreasing agents, alcohol, thinners,
acetone or benzene, which would damage the paint irreparably.
7.3.
CLEANING CERAMIC PARTS
Some models have external ceramic cladding. Because these are hand crafted they will inevitably have
crazing, popping or shading. Use a soft dry cloth to clean ceramics; if detergents are used they will filter
into the crazing and highlight it.
