Complete Screw Check
Check that all screws are present and are secured tightly.
Upper and Lower Joints Check
Check both sets of joints for cracks or chips in the plastic.
Loosen and tighten the joints to make sure the teeth align and lock properly.
Note that while the teeth on the upper joint assembly locks at many different angles, the teeth on the
lower joint assembly will only lock flush when the unit is completely folded or completely extended.
Frame Locker Check
Check that the frame locker is tight and intact.
5th Wheel Check
Check the torque on the hex and Phillips screws
