No Signal on the
HDTV
• Check if the HDMI Dongle and TV is secu-
rely connected.
• nCheck if you have selected the correct
HDMI input on your HDTV.
• Check if the power Cable has completely
plugged into the Micro USB socket of your
Dongle and the USB socket of TV set.

Cannot connect
to network
• Make sure Wi-Fi network is connected and
the security key for the encrypted network is
correct.

Remote, mouse
or Keyboard not
work
• Make sure the batteries are good.
