4. Fasten CopBox Cabinet into place.
TAHOE INSTALLATION STEPS:
2. Flip up rear seats and remove factory nuts. Place
front Z-Rail mounting brack on the seat stud and
reinstall factory nuts.
1. *2015 and newer*
Measure 8.25” and 35.75” off the passenger side
and 6” off the rear cargo sill trim and mark loca-
tions. Drill .75”-1” holes in the factory cargo floor
revealing factory mount locations below.
3. (2 person job) Place CopBox Cabinet in the rear
of cargo area in SUV and slide forward into Z-Rail
front mount. Line up rear holes in base.
4. Reinstall CopBox Cabinet drawer making sure
the slides securely fit into the roller bearing cage
without binding.
