2) Decrypt by mnemonic only 

There is no need to insert a new Fingerprint USB Dongle, right-click the cipher text 

and select "Decrypt", paste the previously saved mnemonic words into the popped box, 

and click OK to retrieve the encrypted cipher text of the original fingerprint registrar.
