You are now the proud owner of a Byzoo Juicer. Please read this manual carefully before you begin
using your cold press juice extractor. lt has important tips and instructions so you can utilise the Byzoo
Juicer to its full potential. You have made the right choice! The use of a cold pressing juicer results in the
extraction of a 'complete' juice. This means that essential fibres are properly pulverised and the vital
elements can be released into the liquid. When extracted, the raw juices are readily and quickly
assimilated by the body and generates surprisingly rapid results. The gentle, slow-turning action of a
cold press juicer produces a greater quantity of juice, which retains more vitamins, minerals, enzymes,
phytonutrients and fibre than high-speed centrifugal juicers which heat up the juice, allow air to enter
and therefore cause damage to some of the perishable nutrients.
