Stand frame upright with legs on floor and pull open toward you as illustrated below:

Assemble tapered cross rail w/logo
facing up & loosely tighten 4 screws:
Step 5
Assemble (long) slotted cross-
rail with wide side of groove facing up. Fasten
with 4 screws. You now can tighten all 14
screws you have used in the assembly:
Step 6 Assemble the cover the the frame
Thread cover up through top crossrail, insert dowel and seat in groove. Lift cover
over crossrail and thread other end over and up through lower crossrail. Note it may be
easies to follow the images A, B & C below
