Cannot dispense
carbonated water
CO2 pressure is too high
Close the CO2 gas cylinder and relieve the pressure
using the pressure regulator. Press and hold the
selection button for CO2 and allow the water to drain
off in order to relieve the pressure in the carbonator.
Release the selection button for CO2 when no more
carbonated water flows out. Open the CO2 gas
cylinder again and set the pressure to 3 bar. Press the
selection key for CO2 water until carbonated water is
dispensed.
Cold water not cold
enough
Thermostat is not set
correctly
Check the thermostat and, if necessary, reduce the
temperature
Water contains too little
CO2
CO2 gas cylinder is empty Replace the CO2 gas cylinder.
CO2 tank must be vented Turn off the water and actuate the CO2 outlet until
only gas escapes. Then turn on the water again and
allow the CO2 to refill
When the CO
²
button is
pressed, only CO
²
escapes
Pump does not react
Disconnect the device from the power supply for 30
seconds and reconnect and press the CO2 key again.
Flashing light at the water
outlet
Wastewater tank is full

Close the water tap, disconnect the device from the
power supply, then contact a service technician

properly or is defective
Disconnect the device from the power supply and
unplug the connection; plug it back in, then switch
the device on again. If the UV lamp does not work,
then disconnect the device from the power supply
again and replace the UV lamp. It is essential to
observe the warnings, see Section 6.4.
