R estore S TB to factory default. All settings did by user w ill be restored to
factory default values and the database w ill be erased together.
2.3 TV /R A D IO
There are tw o types of program : TV and R adio. The operation of the List
and G uide of TV and R adio are alm ost the sam e. H erein take TV as exam ple.
2.3.1 List
U ser can operate som e functions in List. S ee Figure 5.
2.3.1.1 Favorites
U ser can quickly channel up/dow n the favorite program s by favorite filter.
There are 8 groups of favorite for user setting: N ew s, S port, M ovie, M usic,
S hopping, Travel, B oy and G irl. P ress <1~8> button to set or clear the
favorite group w hen Favorites option selected.
2.3.1.2 Lock
Lock w ill ask passw ord before w atching this program w hen S E TU P ->
P assw ord ->C hannel Lock is turned on. P lease see section 2.2.3.2 for
details. P ress <O K > button to set or clear lock status w hen Lock option
selected.
2.3.1.3 E dit
U ser can edit the program nam e, m axim um length is 20 characters.
(1) P ress <Left/R ight> button to select E dit option and <U p/D ow n> button
to select the program .

2.2.4 A dvance Tim er
U ser can set tim er for w atching the program by date and tim e m anually
or from the TV /R adio G uide(see section 2.3.2). W hen setting date and
start tim e is arrived, S TB w ill autom atically sw itch to the w anted
program . P ress any key except <Vol-/Vol+/M ute> button, S TB asks user
to abort it or not w hen w atching booked program . U ser can delete the
event w hile it isn't at running.
