Set Password
1. Press the
SetuP button in stop mode.
2. Press the / button to select Rating.
3. Press the button, then press the / button to select Set
Password.
4. Press the
enter button, "Enter Password" screen will
appear.
5. Press the number buttons to input the current password (If
the password has not been set yet after you purchase this
unit, it is "8888"). Then press the
enter button.
6. Press the
enter button again, "Enter New Password"
screen will appear. Press the number buttons to input the
new password. Press the
enter button. Now your new
password has been set. Be sure to remember this number!
7. Press the
SetuP button or return button to exit the
menu.

3. Press the button, then press the / button to select Parental Control.
4. Press the
enter button, "Enter Password" screen will appear.
5. Press the number buttons to input the current password (If the password has not been set yet after you purchase
this unit, it is "8888"). Then press the
enter button.
6. Press the
enter button again to list the parental control level.
The parental lock levels are equivalent to the following ratings.
1 : KID SAFE
2 : G
3 : PG
4 : PG-13
5 : PG-R
6 : R
7 : NC-17
8 : ADULT
7. Press the
/
button to select the rating from 1 to 8. Press the
enter button to confirm.
(Rating 1 has the most restrictions while rating 8 can virtually playback all DVD software.)
8. Press the
SetuP button or return button to exit the menu.
if you forget the password, you can
erase your current password by pressing
the number button 8 on the remote four
times, then press the enter button to
confirm the setting (PaSSWorD : 8 8 8 8).
use Default Settings
1. Press the
SetuP button in stop mode.
2. Press the / button to select Misc.
3. Press the button, then press the / button to select “Use
Default Settings” dialogue box.
4. Press the
enter button, then press the / button to select
“Yes”. Press the
enter button and the original setting will be
restored. The unit will exit setting menu automatically and re-load
the disc in the disc tray.
MISC
Screen Saver
1. Press the
SetuP button in stop mode.
2. Press the / button to select Misc.
3. Press the button, then press the / button to select Screen
Saver.
4. Press the
enter button, then press the / button to change
the On/Off mode.
5. Press the
enter button.
6. Press the
SetuP button or return button to exit the menu.
Note: It will take 3-5 seconds to reset the DVD player to the factory default.
