IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATON 

READ THIS MANUAL CAREFULLY TO AVOUD INJURY OR 

POSSIBLE PROPERTY DAMAGE: 

1. 

Do not disassemble the compressor. 

2. 

Do not attempt repairs or modifications. All repairs MUST be  

performed by Bushpower. 

3. 

Do not use the compressor close to or in a wet environment. 

4. 

For use with 12Volt systems only 

5. 

Never leave the unit unattended whist in operation. 

6. 

Not to be operated by children.  

7. 

This compressor will be become hot during and remain hot after 

the unit is off for some time. Only touch the on/off switch or 

move the unit by the handle. 

8. 

The compressor is fitted with an over temperature cut off, if the 

compressor gets too hot it will turn off until the temperature drops 

to normal. 

9. 

Remove the compressor from power supply when not in use. 

10.  Only inflate tyres or other objects to recommended pressures, over 

inflation may cause damage. 

11.  Never operate the compressor near flammable liquids or in wet 

areas. 

12.  Only operate the compressor with the supplied accessories. 

13.  Remove and clean air filters regularly.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:

 

 
1. 

Always operate the compressor within the maximum pressure  

rating of the unit. 

2. 

Do not run the compressor for longer than the maximum duty   

cycle (refer to specifications) 

3. 

Connect compressor to power source ensuring it is in the OFF po-

sition. 

4. 

Attach quick disconnect coupler to air compressor 

5. 

Screw tyre chuck onto tyre valve (finger tight). 

6. 

Turn on the compressor and inflate until desired pressure is 

reached. 

7. 

To deflate tyre gently unscrew tyre chuck until air is heard being 

released, continue until desired pressure is reached and disconnect 

tyre chuck. 

8. 

In Line pressure gauge:

To gain an accurate pressure reading the air compressor 

should be in the off position.
