5. 

Remove spark plug and fill cylinder with 2cc’s fresh oil. Pull start motor 

3-4 times to discharge the remaining oil. Then reinstall the spark plug.

6.  Pull the starting cord slowly until resistance is strong . At this time, the 

piston is moving to the top of the compression stroke and the valves 
will be closed.
