General safety requirements
` ` Read these directions for use carefully before using.
` ` Keep these directions for use where they will be
accessible for all users.
` ` Failure to comply with the directions for use shall
render all warranty conditions null and void and
may lead to personal injury and material damage.
` ` The instrument must only be used by qualified
skilled employees.
Safety instructions
` ` Follow the manufacturer‘s instructions and safety
instructions of the medium you are filling.
` ` The instrument must only be used within the
confines of applicable material resistance and for its
designated purpose. Any other type of use will affect
the warranty/guarantee.
` ` The device is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
` ` The instrument is not suitable for cleaning in a
dishwasher.
Layout and function
` ` The device is made of PP, PE, VMQ and V2A.
` ` The device is suitable for spraying particle-free
liquids. The device is not suitable for continuous
operation.
` ` The device can be used for liquids from 0 - 30 °C
and can be used in the temperature range from 5 -
35 °C. Avoid direct sunlight.
Point out any damage in the packaging to the freight
forwarder/supplier immediately.
Safe usage
1. Fill the bottle

with liquid up to the „MAX“ mark.
2. Screw spray head

and tighten hand-tight.
3. Use pump rod

to pump air into the bottle
(approx. 20 to 30 pumping movements).
4. Press spray trigger

for spraying.
5. Turn the nozzle nut

to adjust the spray jet. (From
fine mist to powerful jet.)
CAUTION!
An even and perfect atomization depends on the
medium filled.
` ` Mix media thoroughly before filling.
` ` Do not overfill the container.
CAUTION!
The operating pressure is max. 3 bar.
` ` If the pressure is too high, the built-in safety
valve opens automatically.
WARNING!
When using with flammable liquids, do not spray
into ignition sources.
CAUTION!
Consider possible influences of wind or draught during
spraying.
` ` Wear the necessary protective clothing.
WARNING!
Bodily injury due to uncontrolled spraying of fluid.
` ` Wear the necessary protective clothing.
CAUTION!
Always let escape the pressure.
` ` Do not leave the device under pressure.
After usage
1. Release spray trigger

after spraying.
2. Open the spray head slowly to let escape the
pressure.
3. Clean the device.
NOTE!
Before using, the instrument has to be cleaned to
the extent of your (validated) cleaning process.
` ` Measures of manual cleaning have to be carried
out in the cleaning/desinfection area and under
consideration of occupational health and safety.
` ` Pay attention to the material resistance.
CAUTION!
Oil the pump head from time to time (see arrow on
the spray button).
` ` Use silicone oil or silicone grease (food safe).
