Type 8792, 8793 REV.2

Place Type 8792/8793 with assembly bridge on the rotary actuator and attach (see “Figure 17”).

If the X.TUNE ERROR 5 message is indicated after the 

X.TUNE

 function starts, the shaft of Type 

8792/8793 is not correctly aligned with the shaft of the actuator

).

Check alignment (as described previously in this chapter).

 function.

In the case of this variant, the positioner has no position sensor in the form of a rotary position sensor, but 

an external position sensor.
