Selection of the M8 thread used on the positioner depends on the actuator size.

To determine the correct position, hold the positioner with the mounting bracket on the actuator.
The conical roller on the lever of the
position sensor
in the hoop must be able to move freely along the
entire stroke range of the actuator.
At 50% stroke, the lever position should be approximately horizontal (see Chapter “11.2.4 Aligning the
lever mechanism”).
